Thank you for your interest in Southern Charm Event & Wedding Venue.

WEDDING EVENTS

Reservations include Two Days and Two Nights

A deposit of $500 is due when reserving a date (non-refundable, unless or until one week after the event, to be sure everything is cleaned up, there are no damages, and that all the terms of the contract are met). The rental fee is $2500. The total amount of the fee must be paid 2 months prior to your date.

HOURLY EVENTS

(Non-Wedding Events Only)

A deposit of $500 is due when reserving a date (non-refundable, unless or until one week after the event, to be sure everything is cleaned up, there are no damages, and that all the terms of the contract are met). A rental fee of $100 per hour is required, with a six hour minimum rental.
